Early cancellations
Before 21 days before the start of the tour: refund of the amount paid for the reservation, except 90 €/person for administrative and management fees.
Cancellations between 21 days and 8 days before the start of the tour: refund of 50% of the amount paid for the reservation.
Cancellations before 7 days before the start of the route. There is no refund of the amount paid for the reservation.
It is considered the start of the route the "Briefing time or explanatory talk" stipulated in each of the routes.
If you wish, you can contract our insurance: early cancellation insurance with conditions or our flexible cancellation insurancewhich covers any type of unforeseen event, weather conditions, cancellations, etc.
If you have cashed the Ternua digital voucher of 60€ in your online store, we will deduct its value from the refund. Check our early cancellation insurance to benefit from its coverage.
