Due to the fact that it is not possible for us to satisfy all our clients because of the numerous cancellations suffered each season and the shortage of places in the refuges, we are forced to modify the formalization of the reservation and the conditions of early cancellation. We hope in this way to be able to give a better service to all the people who do the route with Alta Ruta. Thank you for your understanding.

FORMALIZATION AND PAYMENT OF THE RESERVATION
Once we receive the pre-registration email, we will reply with all the information about the route and a link to a Google form that the person making the reservation must fill in with all the information requested and details of the route. Once this form is received, an official quote will be sent with the form of payment for the reservation.
The deadline for payment is between 3 and 5 days from receipt of the official quote, as the huts will be reserved in your name and you will have been sent an official quote with the form of payment. If the payment (or at least the first installment) is not made within this period of time, the reservation will be cancelled and the reserved places in the shelters will be lost. We remind you that the different forms of payment will be specified in the estimate sent.
INTEREST-FREE PAYMENT
At Alta Ruta we offer the option of interest-free payment in installments for reservations made before June 25.
Payment terms:
First payment to confirm the reservation: between 3 and 5 days from the reception of the official quotation, 50% of the total amount of the reservation.
Secondpayment:
For reservations made from January 23 to March 23 - date of payment of the remaining 50%: March 25.
For reservations made from March 23 to June 23 - date of payment of the remaining 50%: June 25.
