The conditions of the early cancellation insurance will be valid from the moment of contracting until the time of the Briefing or explanatory talk of each route.
The maximum date of contracting: date of formalization of the reservation of the route, as long as it is made at least 30 days before the start of the route. It cannot be done later.
Price of the insurance: 50 €/person.
Coverage: Reimbursement of 100% of the amount paid for the reservation of Alta Ruta (except for the amount of the insurance for early cancellation) until the so-called "Briefing or explanatory talk time", provided that the reason for cancellation is among those listed in this document and is duly justified with the document requested. All other reasons not included in this document are excluded. If you have cashed in the Ternua digital voucher of 60 € in its online store you will have a penalty of 60 € which will be added to the amount of the contracted insurance.
The refund will be made within 7 days after the presentation of the requested documentation.
GROUNDS FOR EARLY CANCELLATION
1. Illness or injury of the contracting party that makes it impossible for him/her to make the trip. An official document from a licensed medical professional must be presented.
2. Illness or death of family members up to 2nd degree of consanguinity. You must submit an official document from a registered medical professional or death certificate, as well as the family record book.
3. Change of vacation dates that prevent you from making the crossing . You will have to present: work contract and document-justifying on the part of the company indicating that you must work in those dates and that your vacations have been modified.
4. Accident or mechanical breakdown of the vehicle the same day of arrival to Bujaruelo (or to the refuge of departure of your route) and that prevents, therefore, to move. You must present proof of the towing and/or justification from the mutual insurance company of the accident or breakdown.
